GRL Index is a UK-based AI visibility service. Contact: contact@grlindex.com.

Our services are provided to businesses. To purchase a service you must create an account, be at least 18, and have authority to act for the business you register. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.

The free AI visibility audit is an entry-level review provided without charge and without obligation. It is a snapshot based on the information available to us at the time, provided for guidance only. The illustrative checker on our homepage shows a clearly labelled sample preview, not live platform data.

Professional AI Optimisation (£295, one-time) covers a detailed analysis of your online presence, priority recommendations and optimisation work based on the business information you submit, with deliverables explained clearly during the engagement. AI Monitoring (£95 per month) is an add-on providing ongoing monitoring, updates and recommendations.

Service timelines depend on the scope of work and will be communicated after your order is reviewed. We will contact you using the details on your account.

• Provide accurate, current information about your business — our work depends on it.
• Ensure you have the right to authorise changes to the online profiles and content we advise on.
• Respond to reasonable requests for information needed to deliver the service.

Each party will keep confidential the non-public information the other shares in the course of an engagement, and use it only to provide or receive the service. This does not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, or that must be disclosed by law. We will treat the business information you submit — including details about your website, customers and strategy — as confidential, and we will never publish your involvement with GRL Index without your agreement.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The optimisation fee is due at checkout before work begins. AI Monitoring renews automatically each month until cancelled; you can cancel at any time by contacting us, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

If you cancel an optimisation order before work has started, we will refund it in full. Once work is underway, refunds are at our discretion and proportionate to the work completed. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

We improve the information signals that AI platforms rely on. We do not control ChatGPT, Gemini, Google or any other third-party platform, and we do not guarantee specific rankings, mentions, recommendations, visibility, leads or revenue. Outcomes vary between businesses and change as platforms evolve.

The content of this website belongs to GRL Index. Deliverables we produce for you — reports, recommendations and optimised content — are yours to use for your business once paid for. You retain all rights in the materials and information you provide to us.

You may not use this website or our services unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or submit false or misleading information about a business.

Our website and services rely on third-party providers (hosting, authentication, payments, email). We are not responsible for interruptions caused by those providers, though we will always work to resolve issues promptly.

We aim to keep the website and customer portal available and working, but we provide them "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may occasionally suspend access for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, and we may change or withdraw features. Where a suspension affects paid work in progress, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to deliver what you have paid for.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or opportunity.

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, and will refund any amounts owed for undelivered work.

We may update these terms; the current version always appears here with its "Last updated" date, and material changes will be notified to account holders. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
